Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of services provided by Turquaz Group ("Turkey Trainings").

Programme Enrolment

• Registration is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit
• Full programme fees must be paid before the programme start date
• Programme schedules and locations are subject to change with reasonable notice

Visa Services

• We provide visa assistance services including invitation letters and document preparation
• Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the relevant consular authority
• We do not guarantee visa approval; our 95%+ approval rate is historical data, not a guarantee
• Visa service fees are non-refundable once the invitation letter has been issued

Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made 30+ days before programme start: full refund minus administrative fee
• Cancellations made 15–29 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before: no refund
• Visa refusal with documented proof: programme fees refunded minus visa assistance fee

Accommodation & Transfers

• Hotel category and transfer arrangements are as described in the programme details
• Substitutions of equivalent or higher standard may be made when necessary
